No winter rest. Plus, it is very easy to grow: moderate light (phal conditions), very damp soil, intermediate to warm temperature (10° min).

yes, it's a short inflorescence (5 cm). the flowers bloom on the new growth and are basal and perfumed.
I don't know if they're long lasting because I bought it last year and this is the first time it blooms for me. I'll let you know.

My plants (also from o&m) undergo a winter rest and flower in early summer.

Actually, this orchid can bloom in spring and autumn. Mine has started producing the inflorecence in early autumn and has started bloomin some days ago, so I think that a winter rest is pretty difficult.
