That all depends on the humidity of your growing area. My plants only needed to be bagged for a couple of weeks until they got acclimated, but my greenhouse stays very humid. If your growing area has low humidity you may want to leave them longer. You can also open the bag exposing the plants to more of the ambient air a little at a time. If you can share a couple of pictures, We'd love to see you new plants!

I took them out to change the bags because the bags were leeking but I was out of bags. I left them in my room at 29°c and an hour later when I got back they where all whilty. I put them back emediatly. I thought they would be ok I mean it was only an hour! Hope they survive

I would not worry. An hour is not that long. Did you mist them? that will help if they wilted.

Yes I did. If I forget it ever again what do you think would be the maximum time they could stay outside so small?

That depends entirely on your growing conditions and humidity levels. Tougher species can go days with low humidity, others collapse almost immediately. There are a few that I grow completely enclosed in mini terrariums, they cannot take low humidity...ever.

I pot all my Disa in a 50/50 mix of coarse perlite and long fiber sphagnum that's been run through a screen (wear a dust mask!). If your plants are drying too fast. set them in a shallow tray of rain or R/O water. I would stay away from peat, it compacts too easily and Disa like a loose airy potting mix.

Glad they recovered!
