Pahiocalanthe Kryptonite 'Chariots of Fire'

I got this orchid about 5 months ago, and it is growing very slowly. I was curious if anyone else has one and can maybe share how they grow theirs and post some pictures Mine is growing in a mix of sphagnum and fine bark mix, mostly sphagnum on top. It's sits about 3 feet away from a south facing window, getting some morning sun. I water and fertilize it every four to three days since it's still growing.

Yay! Something is happening but I don't know what they are? Spike or new growth? I have never grown this orchid so I don't know 😁 Anybody know what they are? there is one attached to a rather young psuedobulb and then two attached to another young psuedobulb.
