Zygopetalum in bloom--
I was given this guy as a rescue, ended up dividing him when he outgrew his original pot, and this is the first time one of the divisions has bloomed for me--Smells amazing--I am hooked...

Thanks guys--Bud it would be great to see photos of your zygopetalum--Flowers and great scent aside, I really like the foliage on these orchids--I think I am going to buy a few of the species next--

Very nice, and a happy healthy looking plant! I'm a bit hooked on Zygos myself, well the hybrids. Just posted pics of a new one I got yesterday under Maxillaria Alliance and am looking forward to another hybrid in spike, I'm guessing at least a month away.
Bud what is your plant?

Wow that's a beautiful one!! Thanks for sharing the pics. I love Zygos and their wonderful smell, but I just can't keep them alive it seems. So I enjoy them only through the photos of others...
