Polystachya vaginata
This is a genus that doesn't get much coverage on OB - Polystachya.
African and Madagascar genus of almost 200 species are found throughout the tropics, about 160 are endemic to Africa. The flowers are very small, and most Polystachya are whites, yellows and greens.
One of the defining features of Polystachya is the flowers are non-resupinate, in other words they do not turn when opening and appear upside down.
Polystachya vaginata is one I have collected African woodland and managed to grow and flower.
