Trichopilia and Helcia want constant intermediate temps, lots of fresh air and bright indirect light.

Helpilia is the hybrid of Helcia and Trichopilia.

Helipilia Tennis is (Trichopilia fragrans x Helcia sanguinolenta) x Trichopilia suavis. Grow it like a Phalaenopsis, even moisture, perhaps just slightly drier and cooler in winter. If you want to keep it in sphag watch the roots. Trichopilia tends to rot easily in my experience. Helcia has been classified as Trichopilia at times, and the differences are minimal.

People mash up the genus names of intergeneric hybrids.

"euplusia" was giving info for both genera, (Trichopillia and Helcia), because the plant you have will share some characteristics from both genera. He read correctly and did not make a mistake.

This might also help you out a bit…

This intergeneric cross belongs to the Oncidium Alliance.

Helcia was moved back into Trichopilia in 2000, and later DNA studies have supported this move. I grow my namesake Trichopilia Tennis like my other 200 or so Trichopilias, cooler with lower light. Suavis (parent of this hybrid) in particular likes a drier winter. I actually give them more lighting the winter.
