Subrosa, you are correct. The original post should never have been posted. If I can figure out how to remove it, I will. It drew incorrectly from a conversation had with a breeder some time ago regarding patents. It appears that PaphMadMan has a good solution as to what to call Ray's lawfully-propagated seedlings. Future postings by me will exercise more thought and consideration which lacked much to be desired earlier.
Hit and run lurkers would not have hung around for the admission. It is my hope that Ray will choose to accept my correction and to start afresh.

You are correct - as someone who tends to be a stickler about terminology, I probably should not have called them "seedlings" in that first post, but it was merely a use of a common term, done to characterize them as immature plants, not how they were propagated.
