Default Chysis limminghei
Lovely and colourful Chysis limminghei opened its first flower of this season yesterday. By chance the last flower of Chysis bractescens was still in good condition. So I could not withstand the temptation to pollinate. Chysis Sedenii was registered as early as 1880 for Veitch, but apparently no one has seen this hybrid today (the one that is sold under this name is made with laevis).
