Anyone grow Oeceoclades?

Can anyone verify this orchid as an oeceoclades? From my research, this is the closest I have found. I repotted it today. I have had it about a month and half. It has been mostly in my garage in cool, shady temps. I read they like dry and shady culture. I have barely watered it and when repotting I found it has a new growth and also new roots growing. When I un potted I found it in medium that looked like potting soil. So, I placed it in leda and sphagnum for moisture so it didn't get shocked.

Is the orchid oeceoclades and does my potting job look ok for it? I down potted several sizes. I pictured the new growth in the second picture. Thanks for looking
