Default Chondroryncha Ledyana

I had a few problems with this Chondroryncha before, but I got in a higher humidity environment and it seems to be doing fine now, 3-4 new bulbs forming. However, it has completely outgrown it's pot.

Is it at all advisable to mount this kind of orchid? I haven't been able to find anything online about it.

this is equatorial South American orchid ....this can be mounted provided you have high humidity(at least 60%), heat(average 80F) and bright light....I suggest S/H method with heat mat and supplemental light bulb, since you are in Minnesota where winters can be bitter cold and dry

I actually have tried mounting Zygopetalinae such as those in the genus Chondrorhyncha and Stenia, in an environment where the humidity was around 60% - 70% and it was a nightmare. It doesn't work. Unless your humidity is consistently in the range of 80% - 90%, then yes, you can do it fairly easily.

FYI, Chondrorhyncha lendyana is grouped in the Maxillarieae tribe, and the Zygopetalinae subtribe.
