The plant is beautiful and the flowers are gorgeous! It has really grown well in your window. I love lasagna, the fragrance would not bother me one bit.

The flowers look like hyacinth but the pseudo bulbs give it away as an orchid plant.

Very nice, is yours just E. hyacinthoides or a cultivar? Yours has a lovely pink color to it. Ours is just plain white with maybe a hint of yellow. The smell is not strong at all and you would not know unless you are very close to it. It will not fill the room with an unpleasant oder. Very nicely grown.

Thank you for the visit! My orchid plant is not a cultivar in fact it is tagged as a specie. I got this six years ago from a very reputable grower. The smell manifests if you get your nostrils close to the flowers. I have seen the IOSPE picture of this similar to your flower (pristinely white). I also saw a specimen in ivory and one in very pale lilac.
