Bud, I love the "spoiled lasagna" description! I always struggle to describe the aroma of this one to others, except that they shouldn't be fooled by the specific epithet "hyacinthoides".
Your plant looks like it has some pink in the flowers - very nice. We grow Marilyn Ledoux's "Snowstorm" clone which is pure white.

I always thought it had a tinge of pink as I have seen the pictures in IOSPE site....
that 'snowstorm' is on my wishlist now.

Eria hyacinthoides when blooms?
I just got an eria recently. It is a nice plant, but wondering when it tends to bloom, and how often.
