Default Neobenthamia gracilis
The species is native to Africa. It is said to be a robust plant and is able to grow in soil under full sun. But i gorw my plant in tree fern fiber now.

Beautiful! I've never seen this one before. Interesting plant. It kind of looks like a type of grass. Thanks for sharing!
