You can get these from Seagrove Orchids. They like to be moist while growing, after the flowers die off the leaves will also fall off, looking like there's nothing in the pot, after that (winter time) you water it about once a month until you see new growth appear, and then you start watering it as usual again. It grows from small tubers in the ground. Mine get medium light...and blooms in the fall. Good luck!
