Cynorkis villosa
This is the first year it has bloomed for me. The plant is only 7 inches tall and each flower is about 1/4 inch in diameter.

Good question. They have been like this for about two weeks. I don't see anything more than a small opening in the front of each flower. The lip looks like a Nematanthus flower in form.
