You can google some good descriptions. But basically, this plant seems relatively easy if you recognize its needs.

It starts with a tuber the size of a lima bean with white fuzz, that's planted in spring into a sandy well-drained light compost mix. In spring & early summer several leaves grow out rapidly under warm medium light conditions. Plants require good watering because of rapid growth & late summer/early fall blooming period. Flower spikes will have numerous buds which bloom several at a time. Depending on number of buds, blooming may extend over period of a month or two.

After blooming, the plant is deciduous & will drop its leaves. Plant will form new and enlarged tubers, so slight moisture is required to keep tubers from dessicating.
