nice ...but I think I would trim off the browing leaves now ...LOL just repotted mine today since in live in MO. it has to be potted but I did spilt it into two plants and repotted.

the old medium was getting very heavy and I think I will go to s/h with it as soon as I get my hydrotron ready ......it made one spike with 35 buds this winter inside.

I was going to wait until I repot to trim them off. They are still green halfway down so I wasn't sure if the plant is still absorbing any nutrition from them.

This one NEEDS repotted soon, it's starting to bend the plastic pot it's in now. I may cut the spikes and put them in a vase instead of waiting for them to fade.

Wow, 35 buds on a spike and it was indoors! That's perdy darn good! Let me know how your does in s/h, I've been toying with the idea too.

I bought one last year and loved it so much I just got another. I was thinking about planting one in the ground but they do so well in the pot. Is yours in that spot for the picture or is that where you normally keep it?

That is where I normally keep it. I agree, they do very well in pots. If I didn't rent I would take a small division and plant it in the ground. Wouldn't a bed full of these look great?

Yes it would look great. I got another one that was a yellow variety and planted it in the ground. I'll keep you posted on how that turns out.
