Liparis Reflexa
I'm really excited about this one. I've no idea where I got this, I put it in a hanging pot and hung it in the tree next to my patio and forgot it! lol
I know you all like to see the orchid in bud before the blooms come out so I took it down to take pics. Then I noticed a little growth down on the right hand side. I take it that it is a new bulb because the spikes seem to come from the middle of the bulbs not the base?
I will put more pics on as it starts to open and is fully open, keep you up to date on that new growth too.

I did Fren, up until recently I didn't take care of my plants (orchids included) I had no idea what I had or didn't have. This was a nice surprise.
Now I'm well aquainted with all my orchids..........so many with lost labels.........I'm going to post so many pics asking for help in identifying them when/if they flower.
I have learnt a lot from this board in the few weeks I've been coming here and I love it!

I agree it's a new growth! Almost better than a spike in my opinion - tells me it's doing well.

It's still chugging along, we had a storm the other night and when I went out the next morning I thought the flower spike was gone! Nah! It was just hiding behind a leaf! Phew! Marion
