Disa Crazy!!!
Another couple of lovely Disa babies has arrived!
Disa cardinalis!!!
I got 2 little seedlings of this plant!
Unfortunately, they're not in the greatest shape in the world.
No worries! They ain't going anywhere!!!
I got the bases covered and did extensive research.
I'll post pics later this evening PST.

We have two Disas, and are getting more in soon! We have them under bright light and frequently soak them in tubs of water. We're hoping to see them bloom this year.

The first photo is Disa uniflora, the second is Disa Diores. We have good water quality here in Seattle, so I have hope that we will see these bloom!

Thank you Carl and Rosie!
I'll post pics of them in flower.
"sadiejoy08", your Disa Diores is in spike, are you aware of that? So your Disas should bloom quite readily for you. Please post pics when your Disa Diores blooms!

You know I'm going to stare at that thing every day to make sure the spike is developing! I'll post pics when they bloom.

No, no, I mean, your Disa Diores already has a spike!
It's going to bloom in about 1 month or so!
Stare at the Disa uniflora and make sure that spike is developing because that's the one that hasn't put anything out yet!
Good job!
