Phaius tankervillae
This plant was half the size when I got it at Home Depot last summer! There are 7 tall spikes loaded with buds...a few opened this morning!
The third thumbnail is what it looked like last year... (taken with a different camera, obviously )

Great job! Congratulations! Phaius is amongst my favourite terrestrials; I like Sobralias too, you can use it in the garden, as a 'ordinary' plant (but orchids are never ordinary!)

I'm so pleased that you posted those pics. I have just bought one of these from a seller on eBay. He sells beautiful healthy plants so I hope mine will grow to be as lovely as yours is.
