H. Rhodocheila has been divided up now. I have seen H. Xanthocheila used as a name when registering hybrids. I am not sure of the correct name for the other variants, though I have seen the orange listed as H. Rhodocheila "Roebelinii" and as H. Roebelinii.
http://www.bulbsociety.org/GALLERY_O...oebelenii.html I dont know about the red variety which I may have, but have not flowered.
H. Erichmichaelii is its own species. Parts of the flower are anatomically different to Rhodo...
Tubers tend to be no more than an inch long and half as thick. H. Xanthocheila is the smallest growers at about 3 inch tall. H. Erichmichaelii is taller. The red is said to be smallest, but as I have yet to see the plant I have been sold as red, I cant confirm. The plant I was sold as a red is my largest. I bet it ends up being something other though...
I would suggest a 1.5 inch pot is ok for 1 tuber. I would place them about 3/4 of an inch apart or so for room to spread. I am not an expert on this though. You can see the plants that I have below. Two of which are quite crowded yet doing well. I want to break them up once they die off..

H. Erichmichaelii in bloom with the possible red. This is the biggest Habenaria Rhodocheila type I have seen.
