Default Light colored form of Leafless Orchid

This is the same species I posted yesterday (Corallorhiza mertensiana), but a light colored form (forma pallida). These were all found on a hike with the Washington Native Orchid Society under the leadership of Chelsea Kieffer of Maryland:

Wow, that is so pretty, I love the colouring. Great find, it must be wonderful to see them in the wild.
