Hi,
I have one in my terrarium, but the roots are turning black every 3-4 month. After, new roots growing back. I would like to know what is your substract that you use for this plants.

my Macodes petola seedling is in fine bark and is doing well enough in that, that is actually in spike
.
Do you have adquate drainage in your terrarium? I'm not sure that it would like constantly wet/soggy roots- hence leading to root rot?
