Thought I'd post some update pics

These are pictures of each individual bud...is it considered a bud yet?

I'm glad this 'chid is a healthy one because I have no clue!

No, these are where the blooms will come from...I just don't know if this is considered the actual bud or something else and the bud is not showing yet...

as I said...I have no clue

I just took a closer look (this plant is in the corner of the room and I can't get to it very easily) and found that each of these formations has a sheath forming in the center...

so now I know...the wait continues

WOW, I would have been disheartened thinking it was an outgrowth, new stem. COngrats Sue. Thats one hell of a sheath!
