Wow, you got quite a bargain! Good job! I treat mine pretty much like a normal houseplant. I think it's in promix with some orchid bark mixed in. Always use lukewarm water - cold water will spot the new leaves, especially in the evening. Other than that, it's a pretty easy plant to grow and bloom.
