Default Ludisia discolor

I purposely waited for Tindo's post to wain. I don't mean to try to compare my plants with anyone else's

Here is my discolor after almost 2 years in my tank. I got it from Rob (Littlefrogfarms) and have taken cuttings twice. I repotted right after I got it, but it still resides in that original pot. This year it chose to bloom. It is filling my tank and I need to remove it daily in order to remove the other 'chids for watering! The cuttings stand at least 8" tall. They are real "cigars"! This guy is a real champ in the growing department, as compared to many other Jewells.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice, Ross. When can I post mine? I don't want to compare either.

Very nice Ross. I think this plant is more suited to being a potted plant than the way I keep it, which it will just take over the tank like a weed. I do grow one of these in the pot of a house plant. No extra care in terms of temps or humidity. Seems to be acclimating well though.

P.S. more buds have opened on mine. I was just about to post new pics, lol.

Any time Royal. I was justa bit afraid my post might come across as "better than yours" and I didn't want that at all. Actually, why not compare (now that I think about it ) Post your pics right here in this thread if you care to.

Hey Ross,
I would not have seen it that way.
After all, these orchids bloom when they bloom.
