Question Gram. Speciosum

Just wanted to see if anyone had any tips on how to keep this one alive. I just don't want to kill it.
It is still relatively small growing in a 4 in pot. But definitely ready to be transplanted... should I go into a much larger pot being they get huge or should I slowly work my way up to a bigger pot??

Plus anything else you can add... Any info is greatly appreciated.
