Mauro, Some articles I've read suggest having the psuedobulbs loose during dormancy (no medium at all). Do you repot yours into moss right after the flowers drop? How long do you keep the moss wet, I mean when do you start drying them out? Thank you again!

Yes, Shirley, I read something like that too, but I don't follow that line. I wait two weeks, more or less, after the flowers drop, then I repot. When the first new growth appears I keep it wet until the flowers appear. During this time I very occasionally allow the moss to dry out for a short period (two or three days dry at most). That's how I grow my Calanthes. And I use organic fertilizer instead of chemical salts.

Thanks very much, Mauro. A new method to try! As well as my Calanthe Rozelle I also have a conspicua, which is a young plant and hasn't bloomed yet. I'll cross my fingers for some flowers in spring 2009!
