Timeline - Zygopetalum mackayi

I wanted to track the timeline from deflasking to maturity of my zygo seedlingss, and see how it matches up to the norm - wonder if anyone has any links to documents of what these should be looking like (size, leaves, roots) week to week after deflasking, or even month to month.
I've opened a thread on the Stanhopea forum too, with the same goal.
