Mauro, I happen to spot several sobralias in a local nursery yesterday.
The keeper said that it's difficult to transplant these orchids, because they dislike root disturbance. So the plants here seem not repotted for a long time.
Is it really difficult to repot them? And if it is, any tip to solve it?

Never had heard about that, Pheli. I repotted mine two times since I acquired it as a seedling and it has been doing well so far. Other growers I know never said anything like this.
