I don't give them any special supplements, in the growing season they get the same weak fertilizer that everybody else gets. A little very dilute aluminum sulfate on the Thelymitras can improve the blue color (both the pH drop and aluminum ions are beneficial) but other than that, just water and dilute fertilizer until after they bloom, then nothing at all until next October or so.
