Default Ponerorchis x Enomotoe

Second year this one has bloomed after being planted at the base of a coastal azalea in my zone 6B bog garden. My ass got soaking wet trying to get a decent pic of the tiny little orchid, but the smell of the azalea made it worth the aggravation!

Azaleas and Rhododendrons are plants I really miss.

I'm a sucker for our native species. The coastal azalea, Rhododendron atlanticum is my favorite native floral fragrance, followed closely by swamp azalea, Rhododendron viscosum.
