If yours is mounted, and making spikes, but flowers are not opening, try watering it as much as possible in spike. Water every evening, and preferably morning and evening. The oak forests in Mexico are soaked by dew every night in summer.

The only other thing I could think of is thrips or spider mites.

Originally I intended "free to good home" as stated earlier, but I could also possibly trade. Its gotta be something fairly small though haha

Perhaps give it another try? I've started watering every day and my spikes are resprouting and have buds.
