Amazon, there are several different ones available. They are not as good obviously as an expensive lens for your camera but if you use your phone for pictures, they are well worth the meager price! These pictures are a excellent example.

Note to Patty: I own a Schoenorchis fragrans because I thought it resembled a bean Lear!

These photos and plants are really inspiring. It is a testament to how far technology has come that a device ostensibly built to talk to someone, can take photos that rival some cameras. That does underscore the irony of the saying: " A picture is worth a thousand words!"

I couldn't agree more about the cameras on our phones! My son is a bit of a photography nurd and he believes Apple should include these little lens kits with their phones. I purchased a kit for my phone, macro, wide angle, fisheye, telephoto plus CPL all for $15.00. I only need to clip it on, very simple and handy.

If you believe Schoenorchis fragrans resembles a bean leaf, check out a Tolumnia velutinum. They don't have the round leaves but I certainly think they resemble a tiny Neofinetia!

That is crazy! I just bought this Tolumna velutinum two weeks ago @ the Central Indiana Orchid Show, Indianapolis, IN BECAUSE it reminded me of Furan. LOL! I don't really mean to be Furan-centric but if it doesn't look like Furan, I just don't know how to grow it. I have a Podangus that shows similar traits.

BTW, my small Tolumnia collection seems to grow very well in the same grow space as my Furan.

Not as good a pic as the others - I have a bad shoulder from work and I had to hold the camera at a weird angle that irritated it.

But here is Masdevallia nidifica - I thought the bloom was going to be a little deformed because the petals were very entwined (I had to tease them apart with a skewer) but it looks pretty good now!

And, as you guys speak of Neos, I am in slight mourning for one of mine. My Shoujou was a nice nearly four growth plant, but they must not have been very firmly attached. This morning, I went to check on whether it needed water and bumped it a little...

Now I have two, two growth Shoujous in one pot

I know everything will be okay, but I'm still a little sad about it.

Masdevallia nidifica is a nice little plant. I really enjoy its flowers, nice picture.

I think your Neo should be fine.

Oh! I forgot about Podangus, it absolutely shows similar traits. Tolumnia all seem very similar to Neofinetia though not quite as spectacular in my opinion, lol.

Do you happen to know the manufacturer name of the one you're using? The link just leads to cables, not a phone lens kit.

Superb photos!

Bethmarie, I’m not sure which lens kit Salixx uses, same issue with her link. The lenses I have are APEXEL. I really only wanted the macro lens but the set was so reasonably priced and I couldn’t find a single lens. This Christmas I got a tiny tripod with a tiny remote and it makes it even easier to take pictures with your iPhone. The macro is so easy to blur if you cannot hold the silly phone steady. The tripod/remote is Cam Rah brand and I’ve seen a lot of these tripods sold with the lenses included.

Hopefully Salixx will reply soon. I’ve enjoyed my set.
