My Schoenorchis fragrans is very tiny and the leaves are all red. Andy's said full sun but I think it's too much for my plant. The leaves seem thinner too. I pulled it back.

Wintergirl, the only full sun my plant gets is morning. It sits in a southeast window so by 10 or 11 am it is just a bright area. This is the most red it has ever been, we've had some nice sunny days finally after a lot of gloomy skies.
As much as I like this plant it's easy to take it for granted as it never has any problems or seems unwell. I think a mount with several would be amazing!

Here is my red plant. The leaves look a little lighter here because they are magnified, but they are so red.

Wow Wintergirl that is red! Mine has a lot of red on it but nothing like that. Your leaves are thinner as you mentioned. I don't water mine daily, more like every three days, depends on how much water is in the bottom of the vase, but the mount is not sitting in water.
I have another Schoenorchis my husband got me for Christmas at Andy's sale. It looks similar, the leaves are thinner and this I grow in my countertop greenhouse. It doesn't get direct sun. I don't suppose your plant, with the thinner leaves could be this one?
It is Schoenorchis tixieri, here it is:

Wow, I agree, that is red!
Mine has tinges of red and also fatter leaves like Patty's. I've attached a pic of mine. I had read that they liked very bright light so I put mine up high in my terrarium, but it started to turn purple red like yours so I moved it. I grow it now 6'' and diagnally away from a 60 watt equivalant daylight LED bulb where my light meter registers ~800fc.
I do water mine daily, but it has no moss and grows in the direct path of the CPU fan in my mini indoor greenhouse.
*oops, my pic is sideways... the plant doesn't grow that way!

Both plants are really cute. I think mine will look and do better after being moved. I got it from Andy's, I think it was labled correctly, but time will tell.

2018 bloom season for Schoenorchis fragrans is going to be the best yet! I’ve been watching the spikes develop for a few weeks, sooo tiny. I used my macro lens to get a better view and there are three spikes this year, THREE!
The little plant is a cherry red on its lower leaves, been getting nice bright morning sun and apparently quite happy about it. It has grown well, there are 18 leaves now. I’m excited to see it flower with three spikes, going to be amazing!
I only wish this plant would multiply, a clump would be gorgeous or maybe as a single specimen is the best way to appreciate the fragrans. Anyway, I just had to share.
