Masdevallia Title
Podangis dactyloceras

Very nice selection you have. I have no podangis knowledge. Maybe water remained too long in that area or it's just mad from the trip to your home! Good luck and keep posting.

If the spot on the Podangis is dry, you should observe it but not cut it. I would use something to sanitize it, however (Isopropyl alcohol, hand sanitizer, etc.). If the spot should seem damp, such as with an infection, or in any way increases, you will need to cut the leaf immediately (and very carefully). My podangis must have had an issue on one of its leaves as it arrived with a neatly trimmed leaf.

Thank you all for your advices and support!
I'm going to cut the leaf because the situation degenerated...
BUT!
The online shop where i bought the plants offers me to replace the podangis and a 10% off on my next order!
I don't want them to wait too long

Now that's a good vender when they replace one of the orchids for you. I would also take them up on the 10% discount and buy something else you would like while they send you your replacement. YOU may even get free shipping out of it all. Best of luck with all your new orchids they are just beautiful.

I love the Masdie! I used to have P. parishii, I miss now that you reminded me of it.
