Lovely flowers....I have my plant bloom every 3 months but I am never successful in getting a pod no matter how I self it....Id like to try this flavor for ice cream instead of vanilla

I have never tried to self it. Maybe I try now when I have two flowers. Bud, do you have L unicolor? In that case it may be interesting to make a cross with the pollina from L unicolor. The seed pod probably taste the same independent from what pollina you use.

I do not have the unicolor but I can get another set of plant to cross it with....they use the pod like the vanilla pod to flavor ice cream in South America....I am just curious how it tastes
