Why don't you try re-potting or mounting it first of all. Second of all, I don't know what your growing conditions are, but I would suggest trying to provide some cooler temps for it as well as making sure it has plenty of air flow, and apparently this is one of those orchids that likes a lot of TLC, (misting/watering/fertilization). I personally have not grown this plant so I am just guessing, but if keeping it in the same small pot isn't working, then maybe it's time to try something new, good luck!
