Pleurothallis niveoglobula and tribuloides - Orchid Board

Hi everyone,

I would like to proudly present two of my miniatures that are currently blooming!

The first one is the Pleurothallis niveoglobula, it is a really cool plant, it has a lot of small leaves but the flowers are amazing. The flowers are small white dots on the leaves, it is very difficult to take a good picture, but I think these will do:

It currently has 15 leaves and flowers on 9 of them, I like the sight of the white dots in my terrarium!

Then the second one is the Pleurothallis tribuloides, I'm really glad that this one is flowering because it has already been trough a lot. It originally was about double the size of the plant now, I lost the other half because of my lack of experience in the beginning of my orchid passion.

But now it is really doing well, it has 7 leaves or so and it has 4 flowers and a new growth, So I am really happy!

Ow and the flowers are weird but I like them!!!

Really cool thanks for sharing. Those must have been really difficult to photograph. Love the weird shape of that second one.

Yes it was! We tried for half an hour and then decided that it was good enough!

Ohmygosh! Those tiny white dots are awesome! The others also.

What a great save!!! I lost my P. tribuloides about 5 years ago when I was first starting this hobby.

I love the P. niveoglobula!! I love that name!!!!!!! So descriptive. Where did you get it from?
