Yes this one is a very easy grower and very rewarding. Mine unfortunately got a little cooked the day we had 45 degree Celsius temps so not looking the best at the moment but it will bounce back.

Yes it will be fine. Just needs the new growth to come through as the leaf tips are browned off.
