As you can see, I don't have ventilation (other than a little desk fan pointed at it - temp control). It's too small imo. Ventilating such a small humid environment would only dry it out quicker than I can keep on top of it. Sometimes I leave the door open after waterings to allow for air exchange...
Thinking about your comment about ventilation again, I'm not sure what to do. I think you're underestimating the size of this thing. For some perspective and, yes, I did the math lol, this thing's about 11.44 times smaller than your small vivarium from 2008. And in fact, my miniaturized false bottom and substrate takes up 3 inches of hieght, so my actual planting area is 3 x 3 x 3 inches... so, 22.9 times smaller lol - thats just a tiny corner of your mini viv.
You got any ventilation ideas for a smaller than palm-sized area?
