I've had one of these for almost four years now. It doesnt want to grow. It has bloomed only once for me. I'm thinking it needs more water. Yours is lovely. I've never seen three flowers on one inflorescence.

Cool it off a bit in the fall. I grow it bright(~2500FC) and let the plant dry out slightly between waterings.

Normally it will have one or two flower per inflorescence...this is the last inflorescence for the year and it is the only one that has three flowers.
Here is an older photo that shows the flower(form) a little better.
