Default Mini NOID blooming - any ideas

Picked this guy up several years back when I was experimenting with naturalizing in trees around the yard. I originally stuck it into the fiber ball around the fronds of a pygmy date. It grew slowly for several years, but as the palm grew away from it, it got more light. You can see in the one picture how far away the "fiber ball" is - the orchid roots seem to be holding the fiber s to the palm now. It has bloomed the last two years about this time.

Does anyone have any idea what it is? Is the reddish tint to the leaves a result of exposure to temp in the high 30's or is it starting to get too much sun? any ideas are appreciated. Thanks

Thanks guys,

It really glows in the morning sun. Think I'll try to find a few more.
