What growing environment do Leptotes require? Would they do alright in a pot as opposed being mounted?

Beautiful!! I'd love to have one too. I was going to say that i'd never heard of it before, but if it's newly described, no wonder!

Paul, I don't know about growing these potted (although I have seen some sold in a pot) but they really aren't difficult to grow mounted, if that's what you're worried about. Leptotes have such succulent leaves that they don't mind if the mount stays dry a while between waterings. My mounted leptotes bicolor is doing just fine in my somewhat low humidity, I just need to water it every morning!
