I got mine from Orquideas del Valle (Untitled Document). Ecuagenera has them, too (www.ecuagenera.com). Both of them are in the states regularly, and will ship to you.
Colombian Orchid Imports (colombian orchid imports) brings in plants several times per year from Colomborquideas in Medellin. Beautiful plants; no-hassle service.
Marni Turkel (Orchid Plant Sales) is often a good source for minis - she's a terrific grower. Dan Newman of Hanging Gardens (Hanging Gardens - Orchid Species and Select Hybrids) is one of my favorite people to deal with - great plants and great values. He has a good selection of Lepanthes - no list, so you'll need to call or email.
J and L orchids (J&L Orchids ~ Home Page) is also a good source for Lepanthes. They're worth calling to see if they have one.

Those petals are so interesting. THanks for sharing.
