Tiny blooms the leaves are the main attraction with these type of lepanthes.You can see a small reddish bud in the leaf in front that will open up soon.

Didn't know they bloomed from the leaves. I thought that red dot was a piece of debris!

They dont actually bloom from the leaf but the it sure looks like it
