Default Epigeneium nakaharaei

Once classified as Dendrobium, now in a genus of it's own:

Orchids in Bloom: Epigeneium nakaharaei

Wow

That is stunning. Such a shiny lip.

It does have that Den look to it doesn't it. Interesting about that crawling habit as well.

It's just an all-around cool plant, Rosie. It's very easy to grow and bloom, too.

Nice photo, Ron.
I grow few species from this genus now and this was the first one that I tried. A nice one to have for sure!

No, I don't have that one. Do you have that one, Ron?

I have E. sanseiense which looks very similar to E. fargesii.

What happened to our discussions on your Floral Candy thread? Those postings have disappeared for some reason. Not that it matters though.

Tom... there are TWO threads for 'Floral Candy', one is in 'Minatures show and tell' and the other in 'Plurothalids'. If you've been commenting on one and then came accross the other it's probably confused you (confused me until I spotted there were two).
