I went to the Maine Orchid Society last night and Oak Hill Gardens came to talk and sell. Well, who can resist that? (Actually, he had me at hello!)

I bought four new plants that I had no clue about, but the spokesperson made it sound so good, "I had to have them!" After researching them this morning, I realize that some may be quite difficult to grow. I didn't hear the spokesperson mention that part. Oh well, great prices, plants look wonderful, it's been a long winter, and I'll give it a shot.

My new purchases are

Galeottia grandiflora, Huntleya heteroclita, Dendrobium loddigesii (with 2 buds), and Coelogyne pandurata.
