Phal. 'Ping Tung Gold'
Correct me if I'm wrong, does this orchid count as a miniature if it's only 4in? The blooms are >2in.
Saved from King Soopers, and rewarded with a spike a few months later! She was my easter orchid- perfect colors!
One of my favorites to get macro shots of because of that violet and orange.
This is the second of only two that I have tags for.
I'd love any critique, how does this look for a super beginner?

I believe a miniature is less than 6 inches, so a 4 incher would be a mini. Your blooms and photos are very nice

Thanks Zoi! I just attached some more pictures.
I'm frustrated that this uploader really kills the quality of my shots- they're much sharper than they appear.

Alright...
I couldn't resist. I wasn't going to make a comment on this, but...
The lip with the wings looks like a heart (and it's a light magenta color, which adds to this illusion).
I don't know why, but it brings up the thought of the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland.
Odd connection.

Funny that you say that Philip, I was thinking something similar the last time it bloomed- I get the feeling it's taking a break this year, it was in bloom for 2 months when I got it, and then put up another spike right after- I'd be tuckered out myself.
