Psygmorchis pusilla
Tiny little guy, Oncidium relative, stick-mounted, with a single fan of leaves barely 1.5 inches across. It produced two spikes this time around, and being a sequential bloomer, will (hopefully) continue to bloom for several months on both spikes.

Well I'll be damned.. I have one of these that is throwing a spike, but the flower buds are so minute, I figured the flowers would be very unimpressive.
